My integrative approach incorporates aspects of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).

Currently my work is focused exclusively on private practice but my background also includes years of work in a public college specializing in career transition, student success and counselling.

I’m here to offer a safe and compassionate space for you to process your emotions and find ways to keep moving towards your goals. I know that every person has unique strengths and I aim to help you use yours to build a life that you love.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centred, so it will be tailored to your needs and we’ll work together to co-create your therapeutic journey.

As a bisexual woman, I’m familiar with the challenges sometimes faced by members of the LGBTQ+ community. I’m passionate about affirming all identities and understanding what they mean to each person. Beyond this, I also recognize that cultural and social identities often impact how we navigate the world, so I work from an intersectional and socially just framework.
